Farm Sites

The location of our farm sites are one of Living Lands distinguishing features.  Through special partnerships with local land-owners, we have successfully turned private land into productive ecological farms, providing beautiful and abundant edible landscapes in our local neighborhoods.  These unique partnerships provide access to land for aspiring and established farmers who may otherwise be unable to farm and contribute to the local food economy.

Currently we have five farm sites under cultivation in and around Nevada City:

Bluebird Farm is located 1 mile up Cement Hill Road

Wet Hill Farm is located on Wet Hill Road, between North Bloomfield and Cement Hill Road (behind the government center).

Misty Meadow Farm is located 2.3 miles down Lake Vera Road

Willow Creek Farm is located on Lewis Road

Harmony Valley Farm is located at the intersection of Lewis, Genasci & Jacks Roads in Nevada City
